Olga Beres, Associate Broker/Canmore Realtor

Originally from Poland, Olga’s family moved around Europe and North America before settling in Edmonton. After graduating from the University of Alberta with a degree in Economics, her love of the mountains drew her to the Bow Valley.

Olga got her real estate license in 2004 and has developed a deep understanding of the local market. In 2005 Olga joined Century 21 Nordic Realty and teamed up with Dan Sparks. Since then, Dan and Olga have consistently been the top producing team in Canmore.

Whether you are buying or selling, Olga has the proven knowledge and expertise to guide you through the entire process. Knowing the opportunities and challenges of the local market, she is resourceful and persistent. As an outstanding communicator and problem solver, Olga believes in carefully listening to her clients to find creative solutions to their real estate needs.

In her free time Olga enjoys travel near and far, an active lifestyle and connecting with new people.

Dan Sparks, Canmore Realtor

Born and raised in Calgary, Dan’s family would spend their weekends in the mountains. After graduating from the University of Northern British Columbia, Dan decided to make the Bow Valley his home.

Dan started his real estate career by working for a local developer and joined Century 21 Nordic Realty in 2005. During his career, he’s had had the pleasure of working with buyers and sellers from all over the world. Loyalty to his clients combined with a full service approach and extensive knowledge of the real estate market has lead Dan to be a consistent C21 award winner.

Dan is known for providing outstanding customer service and exceptional negotiating skills. He is well positioned to assist you with residential and commercial buying and selling.

Committed to giving back to the community, Dan is a dedicated volunteer who is always willing to lend his skill set to help enrich the lives of others. In his free time Dan likes to bike, ski and travel with his wife and daughter.

Meagan Wiegand, Canmore Realtor

Coming from a family of real estate professionals in Ontario, Meagan has never doubted what she is meant to be doing. Her upbringing gave her the exposure to many diverse facets within the industry. After graduating from University of Calgary, her love for mountain sports drew her west and she made the Bow Valley her home. Meagan joined Century 21 Nordic Realty in 2010 and has developed an extensive grasp of the local market.

Since 2019 Meagan has teamed up with Dan Sparks and Olga Beres. Together they have elevated the service they provide to both buyers and sellers in the Bow Valley. Meagan’s tireless energy and drive are matched only by a strong sense of responsibility to her clients’ best interests. She is dedicated to delivering the best service possible to every client, no matter how big or small the transaction.

Meagan is mother of two, Jake and Jayden. She is a dog lover, in her free time enjoys snowboarding in the Winter months and visiting her family’s cottage in Ontario with her husband and kids in the Summer.
